Clean up your PI account

Do you have an overview of the profiles in your PI account? Have all old candidate data been deleted and your new colleagues marked as employees? This is important to make sure that employee profiles are not accidentally anonymized and that GDPR guidelines are followed.

We’ve gathered the most important points and step-by-step instructions to help you clean up your PI account. You’ll find them via the link below 🙌🏼

Enhancements to secure fair user experience for PI Cognitive assessment takers

• Copying text from the PI CA is no longer possible
• If a candidate navigates away from the browser, the screen will blur

Tip of the month: Are you not seeing cognitive results?

 

Are you not seeing cognitive results in the system? If you see a blue banner at the top with the text Cognitive Data Hidden, then you can go to your name at the top right corner and choose "Show Cognitive Data," and the data will be visible!

If you wish to hide the data again, you just follow the same steps again.
