At the same time, they are complex psychometric tools built on extensive scientific research. To interpret the results correctly and understand the nuances of a person’s PI profile, PI Certification is required. PI-certified users ensure that candidates and employees receive a professional and valuable experience, while also strengthening your employer brand and helping you get the full value from PI. After the training, you will also have the opportunity to attend several competence-building [webinars](https://www.predictio.se/en/free-webinars?hsLang=en), free of charge, to continue developing your skills.   **Length: **2- or 3-day training + a 90-minute Introduction to PI Cognitive Assessment and PI Q&A about 1 week after the training. **About:** Learn all aspects of the PI Behavioral and PI Cognitive Assessments and gain an understanding of the PI system.
