PI Cognitive Assessment™
Understand a person’s ability to learn, solve problems, and handle complex information
General cognitive ability is one of the strongest indicators of job performance. With PI Cognitive Assessment, you get a quick, scientifically validated, and objective foundation that helps you understand how well a candidate or employee can take in new information, adapt to change, and meet the cognitive demands of the role.
What is PI Cognitive Assessment?
PI Cognitive Assessment is an online cognitive ability assessment available in 63 languages. It measures a person’s general cognitive ability, also known as g. PI Cognitive Assessment therefore includes mandatory g factor related questions within verbal, numerical, and abstract categories.
PI Cognitive Assessment is scientifically validated, culture neutral, and takes only 12 minutes to complete. Each assessment is also unique, as it is dynamically generated from a large pool of questions, making it difficult to cheat.

Why measure cognitive ability?
Research shows that assessments measuring general cognitive ability are one of the strongest single predictors of job performance.* This is because many roles require the ability to quickly take in new information, solve problems, adapt to change, and handle complex information.
With PI Cognitive Assessment, you get an objective and scientifically validated foundation that helps you understand an individual’s cognitive ability in relation to what is required to succeed in the role.
