Våra teamworkshops är skapade för ledningsgrupper och team som använder PI Design och vill ta samarbetet till nästa nivå.

Workshopen anpassas efter ert teams unika dynamik och ger er en tydlig bild av hur ni kommunicerar, fattar beslut och löser problem tillsammans. Ni får förståelse för:

  • Vad som motiverar olika medarbetare

  • Vilka styrkor ni kan bygga vidare på

  • Vilka utmaningar som kan stå i vägen för bättre samarbete.

Resultatet är en konkret utvecklingsplan som hjälper teamet att bygga större tillit, arbeta mer effektivt tillsammans och skapa bättre resultat över tid.
