Subscription and training

Annual subscription

To access the PI Talent Optimization platform, an annual subscription is required. The subscription fee is determined by the number of employees in your organization and the selection of modules included in your subscription.

Upon purchasing your subscription, you can utilize an unlimited number of assessments and reports to meet your needs.
Training

The optimal use of the PI system depends on the size of your organization, and at least one person should be trained in PI to ensure that you receive the complete benefits of the system.

Integrate PI with your HRIS or ATS

The Predictive Index's open API allows you to integrate the PI System to your Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Human Resources Information System (HRIS) or other systems.

An integration to your Applicant Tracking System makes it possible for you to work in an even more efficient way. The integration process is made by an integration specialist. The Predictive Index has multiple pre-built integrations.

PI, IT Security and GDPR

PI’s Trust Center is a one-stop-shop for learning about PI's Privacy and Security Policies.
