Participants will learn how:

  • Their own behaviors impact interactions with co-workers, clients, suppliers or anyone else in their day-to-day work environment
  • To understand and celebrate behavioral differences
  • To leverage a common language built on objectivity and a comprehensive inventory of workplace needs and behaviors
  • To respect and appreciate the variety of needs and behaviors in the workplace

Who Should Attend?

This workshop is suitable for employees and managers at all levels who are not already PI certified. What Drives People teaches the participants how to understand their own behaviors and how it may influence the way they interact with their work environment.

This workshop is the first part of the full-day workshop Managing People to Perform. This workshop is also suitable as part of a team day.
