Ikano Bank has used the PI Behavioral and PI Cognitive Assessments for many years for recruitment. The PI assessments complement our recruitment process really well. We also use the PI Behavioral Assessment for team development which greatly helps team members getting to know each other and create a good understanding of each other’s strengths, development areas and other drives.
During the past years, we have also tested Strategy Insights with good results. The various features and reports in the PI System are really easy to work with and provide great value for our co-workers and the organization they work in. With PI we also have a common language when we talk about individuals’ drives and team composition which is a great asset to us.
