RecRight® Video Interview

WHY VIDEO INTERVIEW?

Screening applications, booking (and re-booking) phone/physical screening meetings and conducting the first interview is very time consuming. RecRight® replaces these activities and allows the Recruting Manager to ask the most relevant questions (e.g. work sample/company value questions) to more candidates in less time. Simultaneously, time to fill is shortened while relevant colleagues are involved early in the process.

  • Lightening: Avoid having a bright window behind you, in that way your face will appear much clearer.
  • Voice volume: Make sure that the tone of your voice is loud and clear. Practice a couple of times before you record the final video.
  • Be yourself, that creates much stronger credibility and provides the candidate with a true picture of your company.
  • Be creative, record you surroundings at the office, that gives the candidate the possibility to get to know the company facilities.
