Establish an understanding of each team member’s motivations and work style, and uncover your group’s specific “Team Type.” You’ll also uncover the group’s collective working style, strengths, and blind spots, and leave with a clear action plan to be better together as a team.
In part two, you will learn to Design for strategic action. With the insights you gained in part one, you will now gain an understanding of where your team is in relation to your goals. Many teams aren’t a good fit for their objectives and don’t even realize it. I came to the Training to learn something about recruitment. I leave the room with inspiration about Culture, Teamwork and Manager relation! It gave me the overall picture.
- Jana Cristin Petersen - Husqvarna Group
I was introduced to the PI tool in 2020 and has ever since been using it as must-have-tools when doing recruitments, coaching sessions, as well as team development activities. The tool is an absolutely great complement in HR and culture related processes as it give accurate and actionable insights and enables fact based discussions. Completing the team discovery part in the management team, as well as in my leadership team with my direct reports has strengthen our collaboration as we know each other better, and we can be even more observant on our blind spots and develop our strengths as a team. I will warmly recommend the PI tool as a value adding instrument for organizations that want to develop their teams and themselves and are driven by a performance culture.

I'm happy to use PI again and the greatest benefit is that we (HR in Geberit Nordic) have this common tool to develop our employees, leaders, teams or to evaluate positions and candidates.

Extremely insightful. Great recruitment tool but also development tool and for team dynamics/cohesion. As an aid for coaching and developing managers which in turn will enable them to understand and manage their teams more efficiently resulting in the team members working as one team.
