Fees
The fee must be paid before the start of the training. Please note that all costs are exclusive of VAT and that all local taxes associated with the certification shall be paid by the participants' organization
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is applicable up to 3 weeks before the training. Cancellation made 1 to 3 weeks before the training incurs a cancellation fee of 50% of the training fee plus shared costs (if applicable). Cancellation made less than 1 week before the training incurs a fee of 100% of the training fee plus shared costs. Any cancellation should be made in writing to seminar@predictio.com. A registration can always be transferred to another person within the same company or organization, which should be notified to us no later than 1 working day before the training.
Reservations
Predictio reserves the right to change the location of the training and training instructors. In the event that there are fewer than 5 registered participants 3 weeks before the training start, Predictio reserves the right to cancel the training. In such a case, the full fee will be refunded.
Force majeure clause
Predictio is released from liability for a canceled training if it occurs due to situations or circumstances beyond Predictio's control, i.e., more serious conditions that could not reasonably have been foreseen. Predictio will inform the participants no later than two days after force majeure has been invoked.
