Including the below findings: - **48%** of employees have thought about changing careers in the past 12 months. - **60%** of employees are working on site, but only **49%** actually want to. - **68%** of companies have or plan to have some hybrid teams moving forward. - **40%** of respondents say they feel burned out at work.
