PI Placard:  Your key report for effective communication at work 

On each Person Page in the PI system, you can find the PI Placard. It is a simple 1-page report that quickly shows your PI behavioral pattern and workplace preferences. This profile overview makes it easy to share your communication preferences and needs with your colleagues.

💡 A tip from us: Place your PI Placard on your office door or by your desk. Be proud of your PI-profile, and let it help guide you and your colleagues towards more effective and rewarding communication and collaboration.

Spring clean your PI account

Spring is here, and it is a great time to tidy things up after the winter, including your PI account. To get started, we recommend reviewing the following steps to ensure that your account is easy to navigate and that your data is stored in accordance with GDPR guidelines.

• Make sure all current employees have the type "Employee" and that the email connected to their account is their work email, not a personal one
• Make sure all active candidates have the type "Candidate"
  • All candidate data can be automatically anonymized if you activate the anonymization feature.
• Make sure all profiles are saved in relevant folders
• Make sure all candidates who are no longer relevant are deleted or automatically anonymized.
• Account owners: Review all your users' access and make sure former employees have been deactivated.
