To get started, we recommend reviewing the following steps to ensure that your account is easy to navigate and that your data is stored in accordance with GDPR guidelines. - Make sure all current employees have the type "Employee" and that the email connected to their account is their work email, not a personal one - Make sure all active candidates have the type "Candidate" - All candidate data can be automatically anonymized if you activate the anonymization feature. - Make sure all profiles are saved in relevant folders - Make sure all candidates who are no longer relevant are deleted or automatically anonymized. - Account owners: Review all your users' access and make sure former employees have been deactivated.
