The guide help managers motivate and lead their employees based on their unique needs.   ## We recommend using the guide in employee conversations by following these steps: 1. Read the 12 listed strategies and discuss how the employee reasons with them. - What fits in? - What has been good? - What can be improved? 2. Together, choose three of these strategies to focus on for the next 90 days. 3.
